Welcome to Dublin Walkabout Tours. By accessing or using our website and services, and/or booking a private tour with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service Dublin. You agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully. We look forward to providing you with a personalized enjoyable walking tour experience of our city.
1. Private Booking Under Our Terms of Service Dublin
- Exclusive Experience: Your booking is for a private party. No outside guests will be added to your tour experience.
- Confirmation: Your date and time are secured only upon receipt of full payment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Customization: Any specific requests for your tour preference, route changes or interests must be communicated at least 48 hours before the tour.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Terms of Service Dublin
- Flexibility: We understand travel plans change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
- Short Notice: Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, as we have reserved a dedicated guide specifically for your Tour.
- Weather: Tours proceed in most weather conditions. However, in cases of extreme weather alerts or unforeseen safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
3. Your Private Tour Experience
- Punctuality & Waiting Policy: As this is a private tour, our guide will wait, in circumstances where a guest(s) may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. However, it is imperative that any delays are relayed to us/Dublin Walkabout Tours at the time, via Telephone, WhatsApp, or Email. Please note that the tour may still end at the originally scheduled time so as not to impact subsequent bookings. However we do our utmost in such circumstances to provide a full tour experience for all of our guests. If a guest(s) is more than 30 minutes late without communicating with us, the tour may be considered a “no-show” and forfeited without refund.
- Pace & Accessibility: One of the benefits of a private tour is that we can conduct our tours at the preferred pace of our guests. Please inform us beforehand or your guide on the day of any mobility concerns, or if you would like to include more frequent rest stops.
- Guest Conduct: Our goal is to provide an enjoyable, conversational atmosphere on our Tours. We reserve the right to conclude a tour early if a guest’s behavior is abusive, unsafe, or if a guest is significantly impaired by alcohol or drugs. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
4. Liability & Insurance
- Safety: While we take every precaution to ensure a safe route, participants join the tour at their own risk. Dublin Walkabout Tours is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
- Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests hold valid personal travel insurance.
5. Privacy & GDPR
- Confidentiality: We respect the privacy of our private guests. Your contact details and any personal information shared during the booking process are protected under Irish GDPR laws. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
